Bring the team and let’s get busy. We offer small and large group team training for preseason, offseason and in-season sessions. Programs available for youth to college level athletes. Our staff will meet with the head coach to discuss team goals, specific physical attributes in regards to the sport and the team’s performance history. We will then design a program mutually agreed upon to ensure the training is optimal for the team’s success. All sessions include warm up and post activity flexibility which can be incorporated into your practice sessions.
Please know we can effectively train large groups for speed, agility, core strength and flexibility. For athletes requiring supervised strength training we recommend groups of 12 or less. To date we have provided training for local football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, swim, track and dance teams. Please call about pricing.
